How far in advance should I book my party?

We recommend bookings be placed 6 to 12 weeks in advance for best chance of securing your first preferred party date. Last minute enquiries are still welcome!

What days of the week do you offer your services?

Our parties take place on Saturdays & Sundays and start at 10am, 2pm, 5pm or 7pm. We also take bookings over school holidays and on public holidays. How do I book a party?

To book a party, the first step is to fill in the enquiry form on our Book a Party! page or call us on 0432477021. We will contact you within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). To secure your booking, a minimum $100 deposit is required. You will be requested to make a bank transfer to our bank account. The balance is due 48 hours prior to the party date.

When should I advise of final guest numbers?

We will contact you 48 hours prior to the party to find out your final numbers and arrange payment of the balance based on this amount. On request, we can pack for an extra guest If you are still unsure about whether somebody is coming to the party. Any extra guests on the day of the party (maximum 2) can be paid for via cash.

How much space is needed?

As long as there is space for each guest to be seated with a cleared area in the middle and a large coffee table or trestle size table in the room to place all our goodies, it will be ideal.

What if one of my guests coming to the party has an allergy?

If any of your guests have allergies, please inform us when we contact you 48 hours before the event. Kindly provide us with the contact details of the guest’s parent or guardian who can provide information about the allergy. We may need to reach out to these guests to ensure their safety. We offer various options to accommodate common allergies. Please note that parents must supervise children under 12 who have known anaphylactic reactions.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

All our products are hypoallergenic and we have found them to be safe for sensitive skin. Guests with skin conditions are welcome to contact us prior to the party if they have questions related to products used.

Where in my house should I have the party?

A tiled or floorboard area is best, however carpet is fine too. We will bring the towelling needed for the activities. Choose, the room you think offers the best space for entertaining! There may be occasionally splashes or spillage of water from foot-basins.

What if more or less people than advised  turn up on the day?

The party balance is determined by the minimum number specified in the package you selected, along with any additional guests falling within that package’s range. We must receive your final guest count 48 hours before the party to ensure we have the right amount of supplies.

Please make sure to confirm with your guests and provide us with the final headcount. In the event that, due to unexpected circumstances, you end up with fewer guests than the specified package minimum or the count provided 48 hours in advance, you are still responsible for paying for the initially advised number. This is because we’ve prepared your party based on this count.

Where do you service and how much is the travel fee to my area?

We are located in South eastern suburbs of Melbourne and we service across Melbourne metropolitan area, South eastern suburbs & Eastern Suburbs.

Travel fees apply for any areas over 20 kms from city centre.

*Add $20 for every additional 10 kms after.

The applicable travel charge will be quoted at the time of booking.
